I really like the lite subscription because you do get a good feel of the Tone workouts and it all depends on how many times a week you are doing it as to whether or not you want to do the full subscription or not. I really love Buti and for me it is more of a power yoga workout with better music and just super, duper fun and I always feel amazing afterwards. It hasn't replaced my cardio or other workouts I am doing, but I know a lot of other ladies use Buti only and get amazing results. It is definitely worth a try.
