Ultimate Yogi ?

My wife (who does not care to exercise much) told me today that she may do yoga with me tonight because she needs to strengthen her lower back. I have the UY set but have only used a few discs. Which DVD from the set would you recommend for her to do in order to strengthen her lower back.

Thanks!

I always find the Balance disc to really challenge my core and low back. Its tough, though!

Vitality has a lot of back work and is easier than Balance. However, if your wife is not used to exercise, you might want to start with Gentle Yoga.
