Today I walked 1.5 miles outdoors. Later DD and I did an 1800 step walking workout with that instructor that we like. Then I did Ballet Beautiful's Lean Legs and Buns and an 11-Minute cardio kickboxing from Fitness Blender. So a hodgepodge, basically!
Diana, is your DH feeling ill? I hope the appointment goes well! Cynthia, I agree, the Cool It Off workouts feel like a rest day to me too. Are you using Beachbody on Demand? Lynn, I almost did yoga today. How are things going with work?
