First of all, DOMS are not an indication of the effectiveness/ineffectiveness of a workout. Don't think you didn't work hard because you're not sore right now. Also, I often feel sore TWO days after a workout instead ofthe next day so you might start to develop DOMS (remember: the D stands for "Delayed"!!
) later on today and/or tomorrow.
Second, I didn't take as many rest days as prescribed by Chalean. I would do cardio or a kettlebell workout in between the CLX circuits and usually only took one rest day a week. I would not recommend doing Burn 2 today. Give your muscles and body a chance to recover/repair after Burn 1 yesterday. Go for a walk or run/step/kickbox/etc. today instead.
