I've been doing CLX since January and I still love this program. I'm hoping to start STS this fall.
I really like Jillian's workouts. In fact, her newest workouts are very similar to CLX's cardio and interval workouts. For her interval workouts Chalene recommends using 3-5 lbs for women and around 8 lbs. for men.
