Presale ended yesterday. She hasn't given a specific delivery date yet.

OLD THREAD ALERT!!

Any reviews for Sculpting Rx? I'm having a hard time finding any.
Specifically: are the moves "unique" (aka tweaky)?

Also, previous replies say that the floor stuff is grouped separately from standing. Is that right? I can't handle up and down repeatedly.

2lazy4thegym (who is awesome! love her site!) has a good review and breakdown: https://2lazy4gym.com/2018/11/30/30-...-sculpting-rx/

So this one took a bit to grow on me. I really do like workout two - it is a nice little metabolic workout that has some nice core action. Both workouts are set up such that you do all standing first, then move to the floor (or lying on the step). The moves to me seem pretty straightforward but I can't say for sure re tweaky. She does go at a decent pace, so you are not totally rushed through every move.

Yes, but I couldn't find any reviews for it on VF once the presale ended.

owltx - thanks for your thoughts on this. I had already read that blog post but it was helpful!

I could be so helpful on these threads if I had a memory. I just got this workout within the last month and I really like it, but I can’t remember any specifics. Maybe I’ll do it tomorrow to refresh my memory.

My brief log notes:
Two good workouts. First one is heavy lifting with 10 rep sets. Use medium to heavy dumbells I used 15s and 20s. Two body parts worked alternately, like biceps with lunges, chest with triceps etc. Think there were 3 rounds of each set.

2nd workout is very very light weight, heavy rep exercises. Some compound, some unweighted, good standing core work. This was good to add on after the heavy weight workout. I used 5s but could use 8s. LOTS of reps.

Hope that helps a little.
