And I'm the teacher, and I'm telling you it's OK to cheat." And, "I'm trying to build strength, so I'm going to sometimes use little tricks to help me get through."

So... I'm an experienced exerciser, and *I* don't know what's a "cheat" vs bad form/using a weight that's too heavy. It's been drilled into me my entire exercising life that the proper weight is the heaviest one you can lift, doing every rep with good form. So Kelly can do what she wants; I'm sticking with what I've always been taught!!
I fall somewhere inbetween the two positions. I do my best to keep good form, BUT... If I am at a point where say the 30 lb dumbbell is too light and the 35 lb is a little too heavy and I have to compromise my form -a little bit- to break through a weight plateau, I sometimes do that, but always with the goal of returning to correct form. I also use 2 lb weighted gloves to bridge the transition so I don't have to jump 5 lbs at a time, and prefer to do that rather than getting sloppy.

Yes I know it is 53 mins but I am wondering whether the premix has all sections from both workouts or is some footage skipped. Guess I will have to find out myself. Will do this premix later in the week.

Yes - I think it skips one leg section. Otherwise it is all in there.

Now that I say that, I probably should go check. Just going from my rusty memory here.
