Yes she leads all three of the workouts on the Cher Fitness A New Attitude tape (Karen Andes leads the resistance bands workout on the Body Confidence tape). It'll make your legs sing high notes (from the pain!) but it will give you granite firm thighs. It's my emergency legs workout but I haven't been able to do it in ages because I've had to put my VCR into storage (I had to choose: DVD or VCR..)

:rolleyes: Actually, it was the LAST thing I wanted to hear! . I have to admit, I am intimidated by the thought of Shape it Up, and I've heard that Leaner Legs is an unbelievably tough workout. .

So far, I'm leaning towards Shape it Up and Legs & Glutes. I'm too afraid to try Leaner Legs .

Thank you guys so much for all of the great suggestions!
