Cathe's Drill Max. Will not be going for my lunchtime walk, but am planning on one after dinner with Frodo.

Gilad's Cardio Strike and 1.5 miles on the treadmill. (plus 1/2 mile walk to work).

I will probably do strength work at the gym during lunch.

Ebianco - Standing legs - YIKES! It's been a long time. Thanks for reminding me to pull that one out.

Today for me was:
CLX Burn It Off
SS Mix It Up
TJ 20 Minute Cardio Party

Hope everyone else has a great workout!

Standing legs still gives me the shivers. Very hard for me.

I did a half-hour treadmill jog at 5.0mph. I haven't jogged in a while and didn't want to go full out. I liked steakhousegirl's thread earlier and might do Tilak's yoga DVD later tonight too.

I'm still playing with my new Go Wear Fit, which tells me I did about 5,000 steps during that jog (compared to stepping only 2,000 times yesterday when I sat on my behind and read the last Twilight book for some reason). Also, I did a 4 minute warm up and a 2 minute cool down at a much slower pace and the GWF was spot on with tracking that, saying I did 30 min vigorous exercise and 6 minutes of moderate. It's not a perfect gadget, though. It doesn't recognize P90X weight work as exercise at all. I wrote them a letter thinking my unit was broken but they wrote back saying that it doesn't work well with cycling either. So anybody thinking of buying one should be aware of that.
