Original Squeeze
I just did some lower body work from this dvd-wow! That L-sequence was no joke. I hope my glutes are not going to be sore tomorrow! I did fuzzie's lower body premix, minus the abs and with a longer stretch. I need to figure out how to burn premixes onto dvds so that I don't have to skip around so much. I also need to figure out how to add on pieces of this to my other workouts!
The stretches are just excellent. I would argue that very few, if any instructors provide such deep and thorough stretches in their workouts. Tracy is really flexible, and she emphasizes that it took her a long time to get to where she is. In fact, I read in her book that she wasn't very flexible until she started stretching every day. Consistency appears to be key here.
