20-30 Minutes You Tube Workouts for Traveling?

I'll be traveling for 2 weeks, and I'm thinking of doing 20-30 minute You Tube workouts on my phone in my hotel room. I've found some there with Leslie Sansone, Jessica Smith, and Jenny Ford and also Barlates. Is there anything else that's good? The only equipment I'll have is a band, but I guess I'll have a chair and the floor too!

I have many different exercise playlists on YouTube--you could browse to see if anything would meet your needs. Here's the link:

Pro tip: If you have a choice (and aren't sharing a room, get a hotel room with king bed instead of two queens. There's way more floor space for working out in the king rooms.

Check out Pahla Bowers, too. She's very good about telling you what equipment is needed.

Good tip on the beds, Laura.

I noticed this the last time I traveled...plus the bed has plenty of room for stretching and mat pilates (if you like pilates.)

Yep....I search for workouts all the time on YouTube. 30 minute yoga, 30 body weight no equipment floor, Jessica Smith.

There are Essentrics freebies.

So much on YouTube.

Yoga by Candace and Yoga Upload have yoga practices you can do in bed.
Candace even filmed some at hotels.
