UPS is down if you need a label printed
If you need to mail packages by UPS their system is down . They cannot print shipping labels. If you do already have a preprinted/prepaid label, they CAN scan and send the package.
We were just at the UPS store, and they said it has been down for four hours. Luckily I had prepaid labels for Amazon returns, but my DH could not ship a package he was sending to a friend.

Wow, this is not the time of year to have that sort of problem. I hope they get it resolved very quickly. (And big kudos to my DH for shipping our gifts yesterday!)
