Virtual Active difficulty level breakdowns

This is probably a long shot, but I am using my VAs more and right now am just choosing the next virgin in the pile each day but I would like to classify them by difficulty. For example the one I did today had a really tough segment but the rest of the workout after that was very easy. I think as I have time I want to go through each one and breakdown the segments, so like segment 1 at RPE 3, speed low, resistance moderate; segment 2....etc like that. Thought I'd ask if anyone has this info before I start the tedious process! TIA!

For what it's worth, I'd use this info if anyone has prepared it! I have also found that the guided runs vary considerably in difficulty.

Once I find time to do any of them I'll post them on this thread, Laura! I was really hoping someone might already have some done but that's okay.

OLD THREAD ALERT

I still have never taken time to do these breakdowns but I made a note on one. Yesterday I did New Zealand Hike and there is one point, roughly halfway through, where he says to increase the resistance all the way. I put my incline the highest it will go at 10% and then he says make sure this is a level you can maintain for roughly 9 minutes! I went down to 9%.

As a side note, I just went through the list of ones I have compared to ones I don't and added all but I think 3 to my wishlist at Mary's. Ready for her next sale!

Lake Tahoe Hike was more about moderate incline/resistance and fast speed.
