Any Gluten Free Pizza Recommendations?

I have tried and failed to make some gluten free pizza at home. My poor BF, he tried to make it through one or two slices before the truth came out. I suck at making home made gluten free pizza. I'm a good cook, but I need a new flour mix. Anyone have any rec's?

How about a pizza crust with no flour at all? I LOVE this cauliflower crust - very different and very delicious:

Bisquick has a gluten free mix you can use for pizza crust at home that works really well. You can actually use it for a whole bunch of things.

I have been using Better Batter Gluten Free flour for a bunch of things lately, but haven't tried pizza, yet. You may want to try it (they do have some good recipes on their site):

I tried this one from Bob's Red Mill a few years ago - it was pretty good:

For a thicker crust, you can try King Arthur's gluten free crust recipe:

To me, this one was too thick.

Fuzzie, thanks for the link! That detoxinista site is amazing. I've found tons of recipes and ideas. First thing I'm going to try is the ginger carrot juice, and that cauliflower pizza crust looks yummy.

Soccergal23, I use the Bisquick mix a lot too. I'm going to check out the Better Batter GF Flour now. Thanks!

I made this one not too long ago. Hubby and I both enjoyed it, although I think next time we would precook the crust just a little bit longer. I also used about triple the amount of oregano, and still thought it needed more!
