This is the one I was least interested in. Now I'm psyched for it. It looks tough and fun. It's wild seeing Cathe get so winded when she isn't doing plyo jacks and air tucks.

This is the one that I was most interested in. Finally a cycling dvd that reminds of the spin classes I used to take at the gym. Can't wait! Just wish the music was better.

I don't care for the music. I was hoping for more motivating, pumping music-I can't really explain what I mean....

I think your adjectives say it all!

Thanks!!! When I use my recumbent bike without doing a Cardio Coach, I play my cd "Queen Rocks" which is a compilation of the harder sounding Queen songs-loud guitar and drums! That is the type of music I'd like for a cycle workout (I know Cathe can't literally use those songs, but that's the type of music I'd like)

Hopefully she will have a music off option. I think she usually does, but I have never bothered to play my own music. It's got be hard to have music that appeals to all, but from what I have read on these Cathe clip threads no one seems to be feeling the music.

I like this one! I like seeing the crowd! (I don't like Mindy just doing her solo act. Too boring for me.)

I loved it when Cathe said, "Blot. And ride," as she wipes down w/ a towel. Never seen her do that in dvd before...

I was hoping for RPM's guidelines on screen, but maybe she gives those verbally.

It looks good! And I actually like the music Maybe I'll be able to trade for this one after all, as it seems nobody likes the music!
