How about a pizza crust with no flour at all? I LOVE this cauliflower crust - very different and very delicious:

Bisquick has a gluten free mix you can use for pizza crust at home that works really well. You can actually use it for a whole bunch of things.
http://www.bettycrocker.com/products...ick/glutenfree I have been using Better Batter Gluten Free flour for a bunch of things lately, but haven't tried pizza, yet. You may want to try it (they do have some good recipes on their site): http://betterbatter.org/ I tried this one from Bob's Red Mill a few years ago - it was pretty good: http://www.bobsredmill.com/recipes_detail.php?rid=1426 For a thicker crust, you can try King Arthur's gluten free crust recipe: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recip...a-crust-recipe To me, this one was too thick. |

I made this one not too long ago. Hubby and I both enjoyed it, although I think next time we would precook the crust just a little bit longer. I also used about triple the amount of oregano, and still thought it needed more!
