Jessica Smith WS3 Upper Body plus Cathe Fit Tower Expert Lean and Mean - upper, core and stretch. This one of the three DVDs that came with the Fit Tower; I know I've said it before but these are great workouts for getting in that extra burn - each one is @30 minutes, with lower, upper, core and stretch so easy to section off what you want. The stretches are fantastic.
