I just finished doing about 16 weeks of it -- I had been doing TF for a while before that and I just needed a break.
I really loved the rotation. I modified a few weeks -- for example, I did four weeks of the Burn Circuit, just because I like it, and I think I cut short the section where it was all the tubing workouts. Overall, it was a great blend of workouts.
I'm not really trying to lose weight, so I didn't really have any "results" in that, but overall I felt strong and my cardio capacity is much improved.
