Thanks for the info! It's really interesting to see which workouts are better known than others.

I did LL last night

It didn't slay me like times before. I thought there were way more lunges. I've been doing PLB and P90X legs lately. Isn't it great when you actually get stronger. This thread is great. I think CM is hard, doable but long & BC is considered harder? HMMM! I tevoed it on Fit Tv how much is cut? If you know. Thanks
