Beginners or Intermediates- Don't get too hung up on the numbers or rankings. Almost all of Cathe's workouts can be modified to your fitness level!
I was hoping you would say I must have just been a really fit beginner, ha ha

Out of print titles were not included. Thought it would be less confusing that way.

Do you happen to know, from your working on this list, how many OOP workouts Cathe has?

Let's see...
Fit and Firm
Rock Bottoms
Step N Motion 2
Step N Motion 3
I believe there's one or two more! Can't think of the titles though.

And what about Strong Legs & Abs, and Step N Motion (1992) version.

Is "Interval Max" the same as IMAX?

This was incredibly helpful, Sabine. I just went through and highlighted each tape I own in yellow, and the ones I taped off FitTV (which I've only tried Rhythmic Step of.. yeah right!), I highlighted blue. Now I can look at which TYPE of workout I'd like to do by her, and pick one of the vids I own.

Gee, it may be really handy to classify ALL of my vids. on a list like this. Of course I'd need a few more categories, but this is a major breakthrough for me! LOL

I am SOOOOO glad to see that MIC scored as super tough. That was the only workout I ever traded because it was too tough.
I thought I'd either melt or break into tiny pieces first time I tried it.

Glad to hear so much good things about IMAX2 - I just got the DVD off eBay.

I do believe INterval Max and IMAX are one and the same.

Awesome job. I was pleased to see that the workouts that I ranked the hardest were also ranked the hardest by everyone else.

One question? We were asked to rank 1- 10 - how did you get decimals?

Thanks.
