Thanks for posting that the games are on YouTube. I didn't know so I watched a couple of women's events last night. Wow! The athleticism and stamina of these women is impressive! I had watched a movie about a previous Crossfit games maybe 6 months ago, so I remember some of the star athletes that are back competing in these games. Oh, the men are impressive, too, but I especially enjoy watching the women- so inspirational!

I LOVED it. Never saw anything like that. I don’t watch those games things. But this was powerful. The women looked just awesome. Not too muscular. Going to watch more. I thought they’d have a kettlebell section but no, just the free weights
