Usually when Cathe does a mini series of a few workouts, they are thought to be much better than when she tries to do a series of 8-9 workouts.

Sounds like two of them will be. And I'm sure that the one with weights will have a separate premix without weights.

I hope so, too! The music will be the one thing that makes this a dealbreaker or not. Here's to good music!
