Honoring VF member lorajc
Lora adored yoga, and I would like to do a yoga practice to honor her memory.
I will likely pick a practice by Ravi and Ana since they were one of her favorites. Would anyone like to join me? If you do not practice yoga, any activity would be lovely since exercise is what is celebrated here. Thank you, Sherry

I recall her love for Ravi & Ana. Kundalini isn't my thing but I'll be glad to do my next Jane Adams in Lora's honor.
