Yesterday, I finally tried The FIRM Vol. 1. I actually started a thread about it:

Let's keep this thread going:
Last night I did the tubing section from Mindy's Glutes Guns & guts. I have to say she came up with some creative uses for figure 8 tubing and managed to work the whole body. Of course, she was her usual self chattering away for 45 minutes but on the whole I'd say this is a keeper. Last week I did the Core segment from Yoga for Fitness by Gwen Lawrence. I'm so glad I came across this workout at TFD. I loved this workout as well as the whole DVD which has 3 sections - core, UB and LB. It is a mix of strength and with some yoga thrown in. The core section is challenging with some plank work at the beginning. Thankfully it is only 20 minutes. Just what I need! |

Yes, this is another good one from LITE. I find I can go heavier than Cathe's weights at the beginning but towards the middle I need to match her recommendation. It's a good go-to workout.
I did this yesterday going with the Basic 3 premix that included the Main Workout, Six Pack Abs 2 and Extended Stretch 2. I felt thoroughly worked but not exhausted. |

Currently working through a virgin set. Metrx 180.
This morning was definition workout 2 back and abs. Skipping the abs part, it came in at about 25 minutes. In general, I really like this set. There are breaks between sets to catch your breath or get a sip of water. Or coffee in my case. |
