Hello, I am still here, lol. Just home from Europe and getting on track with my workouts.

Today was Aging Backwards: Rebalance Your Connective Tissue. This felt good as I’m creaky from too much time sitting in airports & on airplanes. I also did some rebounding, kettlebells, & stretchy yoga.

Welcome Theeearn!

Hello,

We continue to have lovely late summer fall weather here in the corn belt. My life continues to be settled down so that is good. I am doing way better this month with check in's.

September 12-1 hour walk, 55 min walk, 30 min/Brett Larkin Yoga, PT stretches
September 13-1 hour walk, 45 mins yard work, 60 mins pt stretches.
September 14-20 mile bike ride, PT stretches, 30 mins yoga
September 15-1 hour walk, PT stretches
September 16-1 hour walk,
September 17-CS1017, not a good day. I had stomach issues all day and work was the pits. I was in bed by 8:00.
September 18-1 hour walk. Stomach still not feeling good.
September 19-1 hour walk. Stomach is cranky.
September 20-1 hour walk.

I hope all is well.

Theearn,

I think Jackie has given you some good suggestions. Personally, I like the DVD's and I own most of them. In fact I got duplicates of some since CS is not going to continue to make some of the older seasons. Where as streaming is fairly reasonable, it would be nice to have the newer content on DVD's. That is just my opinion. From a business stand point, they make more money off the streaming. From my stand point 4 months of streaming will buy you a DVD that you own. Some days it is just easier for me to pop in a DVD, than get out the lap top, log in, password here and there, etc. If it's early in the a.m. I get the DVD ready the night before and it's much quicker. But they are good about canceling so if you go that route of the ETV you can try a lot of workouts and decide what you like and don't like.

Thank you Izzy and yogapam!
I have been using my dvr to record the classical stretch episodes on pbs. Yesterday was a waist slenderizer and today I will do the hip and psoas stretch. I am really enjoying them. They have a calming effect which is helpful for where I am at these days. Izzy I may check out the Streaming and then purchase dvds. I have to wait until next month. I’ve maxed out my workout spending on a workout I probably won’t use much 😫

Today was ETV: Alexa’s 30 min Toning & Sculpting. I love her kicks & squash lunge combination. I also did some kettlebells, a walk, & yoga.

I did Stretch and Strength in Motion: Legs/Core and walked my dog.

It's been really hot in MN. Looking forward to things cooling down.

I always like S and S in Motion, Pam!

I taught a class this morning, walked my dog, and did Ellen's new "Mighty Mat Pilates". I thought it was ok....just ok.

This morning I did Sahra’s waist workout on YouTube and Jessica Smith’s cardio Bootcamp boogie. This was a nice combination. If I have time later there is an Essentrics leg series on YouTube I would like to try as well.

Nice.

I see you're from Colorado? Where? So many good instructors in that state. I'm thinking about flying to Denver in the next year.
