Katalina, I requested the beginner & intermediate schedule earlier this month. Monterey Vidiot kindly posted them in the following link. I wish I had asked for the advanced version too

I know this is a BIG request...however, I LOVE these DVDs and it's very strange but they are missing. I think my cats may have something to do with it. I love them and did them all of the time.

I am in need of the Bellyfit Elements Original Set....if anyone doesn't like them....I would give them a loving home and would even be willing to trade some items.
