This is a typical response from Cathe, they always say it is something on your end. I had some issues with Cathe Live awhile back and they kept saying it was my setup, WiFi, whatever. Finally several people posted the same issue on the Cathe forum and I felt validated. I’m not sure why they always seem to assume it’s your issue....
