TA Teen Meta or Beginners first?

I just purchased Teen Meta after reading a post about how cheap it was on Amazon and looking at the clips. I really like the set and the bands in this.

What order for the rest of her stuff?

Thanks

It is my favorite TA workout of all time. It really targets the arms, thighs and butt. It flows really well and the pace is slower than meta.

I swear I thought I answered you! I said I would start with her Beginners as she explains her method and it makes more sense.

BUT, that being said, if you have Teen Meta and are waiting for Beginner's Mat to arrive, do it. It's all cool.

I love Mat, too. Although Mat is online on Youtube.

I asked this question on VF last week or so. But, I wound up getting an answer about TA order of intensity from the FB group. Here's a link to someone's blog who has done all of her workouts and ordered them from easiest to hardest: https://fittyblog.wordpress.com/2013...dvds-in-order/.

From what I've gathered, many people agree with this order with a few personal tweaks here and there.

I'm in the same place and am trying to do dedicated TA rotations. So, this month, I'm just doing TA Method for Beginner with DC from other sites mixed in since the DC in MFB isn't that tough or long. Then, next month, I'm doing her new Beginner series. I'll keep increasing intensity after that. We'll see how it goes. Good luck!

Ta

I've been doing TA for a few years and I bought the 2 new beginner dvds and worked with those for a while - now I'm on week 2 of Meta. It really helped as opposed to just jumping right into to meta. I still switch up her cardio dvds.
