I asked this question on VF last week or so. But, I wound up getting an answer about TA order of intensity from the FB group. Here's a link to someone's blog who has done all of her workouts and ordered them from easiest to hardest:

From what I've gathered, many people agree with this order with a few personal tweaks here and there.
I'm in the same place and am trying to do dedicated TA rotations. So, this month, I'm just doing TA Method for Beginner with DC from other sites mixed in since the DC in MFB isn't that tough or long. Then, next month, I'm doing her new Beginner series. I'll keep increasing intensity after that. We'll see how it goes. Good luck!
