Workouts I Can Do With Tiny Bubble

Hi all! The title says it all. I'm looking for workouts I can do with Tiny Bubble. He is a boy, about to turn 5 years old, and has a pretty good attention span. He likes kicking, punching, dancing. For reference, he liked dancing to Christi Taylor's Pure Spice Cinnamon, loved dancing to the intro music in Tracie Long's Focus workouts, and actually sat still for 15 minutes to do Mark Laham's Yin Yoga. I was thinking about Tae Bo Kicks or maybe KCM Kickboxing, but thinking that may be too fast paced. Although I would love to get a good workout as well, I'm mostly looking for something that the two of us can do together and have fun, while perhaps sneaking in some workout time

That is so great that he exercises! I can't believe he is almost five. That is impressive that he did Yin Yoga!

What about Amy Bento's "Rumble?" That moves slowly.

If I think if anything else I will post.

Leslie Sansone had a few walks for kids.

Thanks! He is my cuddle buddy-he sleeps under the blankets next to me purring, and licks my hand while he is asleep.

ETA: I found this workout:

Shaun T has done some workouts for kids. I bet they'd be a blast.

What about Les Mills Combat? The music is great, and they don't move too fast as they focus on form. Plus the cast is motivating and engaging as well

Do you have a Wii or other gaming system? DD has always loved the Just Dance games and the boxing games are pretty good too. There are also Just Dance for Kids games.

Tae Bo Kicks is fun!
I was also going to suggest Wii games.
What about Fitdeck? We have the Fitdeck Jr. and my girls enjoy doing circuits with the cards.

TINY BUBBLE IS NOT ALMOST 5!!!! Get back!!

He was JUST BORN.

I'll allow he might be two, but that's about it.

At any rate, sounds like you have a good idea of what he likes. . . Have you seen all the individual Zumba routines CHristi posts on youtube? String a few of those together if he likes to dance.

Jenny Ford has a kids workout on her relatively recent compilation dvd.
