That was the only thing lacking in that set, a short lower body workout.

I decided to pull out my SS DVDs this morning. i haven't done them in over 2 years. I went with Tear it Up. I have to say, I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I picked the music off option and played my own music, which was the first time i've ever done it that way. It made all the difference. Even though the workout was long, it flew by. I loved the simplicity of the moves and I loved how it gave me a cardio effect without running my body into the ground. I used 8's for the upper body moves and 12's for the lower body moves. I'm so happy I never got rid of these. I really would love if they would make more SS workouts! Now i'm off to email that request to BB.
