I felt my booty got a bit juicier after doing KBKB, and I just used dumbbells. I wanted to try Bret Contreras program as well. I'm all about the juicy booty!

Personally barre started that for me but Pilates by Lisa took it to a whole new level.

I used the Original, some of Body, and some of 7 Day Lean. I think the results came from the Original though, as that one used the dumbbell/KB type movements the most.

Kettlebell swings, you don't need a program to do them. Just use a kettlebell that is challenging with good form, and build up the reps.

Hip thrusts or glute bridges depending on your lower back stability. Start off with body weight and add weights as you are able.

Both exercises can be used as short add ons.
