Recommend a glute and thigh workout?

I've been doing the Gymabstics DVDs which are really great for the core, but I'm finding that although they have great glute and thigh exercises incorporated there are just far too few of them or not enough reps.

So I'm after a leg, glute and thigh video that fills the following criteria.

-Little to no jumping around (I'm in a confined space with neighbours)

-No additional weights or equipment - just all body exercise

-High reps / Cardio - Ideally something like Gymabstic month 3 which burns a lot of fat is high cardio but has little running and jumping around, month 3 focuses on the abs and I just wish they did one month for the legs, thighs and glutes!

-Ideally with a view on gymnastics or martial arts, so high leg extensions, stretching etc.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

I'm revisiting the Supermodel Series Butt & Thigh workout - the first half is standing work (you get your cardio fix in, but it's not killer, and you need some light weights); the other half is floorwork that basically hits your lower half from every angle and finish with abs. Works well if you're tight on space, and clocks in at 50 minutes and flies by.

I think the Firm Standing Legs is the ultimate leg burner in history.
for a total burn, but not cardio effect, (maybe a little) Strong Strides is a very evil burn.

Greg Smithey's 'The Original Buns of Steel' ?

(Just did a search on totalfitnessdvds for 'buns' and a lot of good workouts showed up. Worth a look at video clips.)

Michele Olson has a pretty good DVD that hits the lower body - Perfect Legs, Glutes, and Abs

Physique 57 thigh and seat! All you need is a support and a ball. No jumping. Very effective.

I second Original Buns of Steel. If you can get past the cheese factor, the floor work is awesome

Tonique Premier - it has variations of lunges and squats. There are tons of reps. You do about 60 reps per squat variation and 30 reps per leg for each lunge variation. Believe it or not, she ups the rep counts on her newer releases.

For a cheaper version, you can also try the Tonique downloads. I like the two cardio sculpt and two sculpting workouts. Here's a link to one of them:

Mary from TotalFitnessDVDs.com has clips of other Tonique DVDs.
