Julie - I ordered but hadn't received an order confirmation as of today. So I just a minute ago called the NY studio number and spoke with a rep. She took my email address and said she would forward my info to the manager who deals with their online store. I'll let you know when I hear something.

I sent an email after I thought I placed my order, but they said there was no record of an order. They told me to check my charge card tomorrow, but I get a text when anything is charged. Guess I will have to try again tomorrow.

I heard back quickly from the person I spoke to. She said she forwarded my contact info to the person in charge of their online division and they located my order. It is set to ship out tomorrow.
