Tracie Long Studio Series Volume 2
Just got an e-mail from Tracie Long Studios and she made the following announcement
 So exciting Tracie Long Fitness is excited to announce the upcoming production of The Studio Series Volume 2. Filming will take place Labor Day weekend at Long Training Studios. Anticipated release date is late October.

I just cannot get over how incredible Tracy looks! She's ALWAYS been in phenomenal shape, I know, but she just continues to look absolutely amazing. Those clips were a bit long, but it's interesting to see the process. On a side note, I really miss Tracy's lighter sets. It's so dark, dingy and dungeonous in "the studio", like a basement.  (At least to me, but I'm a sunshine junkie -- just gotta have it!  ) I'm just so partial to nice, bright, light-filled sets. (Her TLTs were my favorite! Those windows, and that gorgeous view! )
