What is Oprah's new workout Genius Flexibility?

I was reading about her Weight Watchers diet and they discussed this new type of exercise she is doing and raving about. Never heard of it and I doubt there is anything new under the sun in terms of exercise. Anyone know anything about it?

So, she took a big bite out of Weight Watchers and now she's detoxing with Genius?

Now I know another thing not to support.

Umm, I know of several people who lost a significant amount of weight with Weight Watchers. I don't know if they kept the weight off. I stopped listening to Oprah many years ago regarding diet/exercise.

Bob Cooley still offers it - https://www.thegeniusofflexibility.com/

Weight Watchers has shown to be the best diet plan for losing weight and keeping it off. I have a lot of friends who are on the maintenance plan after losing the weight and who are keeping it off. Oprah getting paid for endorsing WW doesn't bother me - I hope she has success with it. I understand her struggle, unfortunately.

Oh! Resistance Flexibility. I read his book years ago. Back then the only dvds on the subject were kind of homemade primitive.

I think a lot of people are now using the basic theory incorporated in their work.

His website seems to have a lot of new age hooey added in. Guess it appeals to a wider audience than flexibility training on its own?

That's what I was thinking (repackaged). I think I will stick to Classical Stretch and Essentrics for my stretching.

This endorsement is a bit different, she bought a sizable share of the company, so I guess her pay is in the stock price quadrupling after she did! Makes sense for her to be a member/owner for sure.

Good for Oprah! I also understand the food struggle, and I wish her continue success. She's looking good - great curves!

Weight Watchers is one of the few diets (out of MANY!) that I've tried that actually worked. It's just a common-sense approach.
