Alta yep that's going on my wishlist.

Kim, I do plan to cobble together some dance segments from my fav 10 MS. Thanks for reminding me about my Karens.

Sherry, I did try but didn't click with YBB... I'm not sure why.

I had more options than I remembered and now several new options to investigate!

Her warm ups can be kind of fast. You may want to warm up a bit on your own first.

On a rest or recovery day, I try to do something that really is rehabilitative. That usually means something by Jill Miller or Katy Bowman. I recently got a DVD by Debbie siebers called Total Body Solution that I also like for Recovery days.

This thread is entertaining because these types of workouts are my normal-intensity workouts! On a rest day, I'll do something like a gentle or yin yoga that allows me to lay down the whole time, lol.

I do that also some days! I love yin yoga. Have you tried the you tube channel "Timberlake yoga?" She has lovely yin practices.
