I reached out to Michelle and said I couldn't sign up because I was so rural that internet access was iffy.
She replied "Oh so sorry Rhonda. Such a bummer, the other option is you download them from work or a Starbucks if you have one and play them off line. Thanks for letting me know and unfortunately I can no longer make DVDs. Do you want to just delete my emails through the weekend? You might get another one or two regarding the challenge. Blessings, Michelle Dozois" It was nice of her to reply but a bummer that this confirms no more DVDs. I should pull out the ones I have and try them. I just don't do high impact anymore and her workouts are long so I need to shorten them. Can anyone post the rotation she does and maybe her DVD will coincide that I can follow along. Not sure if I can do this everyday as I like to do my Yoga but wondering if 3-4 days a week is enough???? |
