Hi Penny,

I just have the DVDs for Season 1. You know, you can check your local PBS station to see if they carry this - mine started to carry it - at least it did last year.

I have Season 1 and Season 2. Season 1 is progressive, Season 2 is not.

I like this one a lot too. It's like a long joint mobility warm up with a focus on the back. I haven't done it in a while, but I probably will now

I've been wondering from the descriptions if either Tracie Long's Longevity-Back Up or Focus Series-Kick Back are particularly good for the back. ?

I like Rodney Yee's short (~20 min) Twist segment from AM Yoga for your Week. I've been really stumped as to what I can do to strengthen my back so that it doesn't get sore and achey so often.

I've tweaked my back a few times moving and lifting things. Could hardly get out of bed in the morning. Did Mari Winsor's Back dvd 2 - 3 times and it worked like magic!

I would suggest any of the Exhale Core Fusion.. get the basics or beginner one first. I did that 2x.. and have just done a rewind/repeat to get it going well
Also The Dailey Method is a great one as is Sadie Lincoln's Barre 3 workouts. She has at least one of her own.. plus a couple on Rodale.

As a person with longer term back issues, I have found these work well.
I do a lot of pilates and found these to be exceptional.
I have done modified Wii Fit workouts too. Great for beginners

Rodney has a "Back Care for Beginners" DVD that i have used. it's around 30-35 min, and there are reviews in the VF review section.
