Check-in: walk outside in Pacific Grove, but just in the neighborhood of the chiro's office. DD had an appt this afternoon and it was a nice day, so, lightbulb: don't wait in the car, get out and walk.
Probably won't walk again except in my neighborhood, until Tuesday. The tourists are crowding in, not wearing masks, sneaking onto the closed beaches and littering, and most likely contributing to a spike in new cases like they did Memorial Day weekend.
Cheryl, did your house sale finish? Best wishes for the new rental.
Lynn, I subscribe to beachbody online. They have nearly all of the workouts that used to be on DVD. Body Beast, with Sagi Kalev (known as "The Beast," he was a competitive bodybuilder and a former Mr. Israel), has a 5-minute soothing bedtime stretch called Rock-a-Bye Beast, which was not part of the Body Beast DVD set. I absolutely love it and it really helps me get to sleep. No, I still haven't knit anything, although I found some hat-worthy yarn and I have plans to knit myself a new hat.
Diana, I'm glad you are enjoying singing, but I have to say I worry about your doing it unless you're masked and 6 feet apart. Group singing is very dangerous for the spread of the covid 19. I really miss group singing, but my 3 groups, San Jose choir, church choir, and Voices of Hope, are currently not meeting, rehearsing, or performing until some future time when it'll be safe. CA is a "hot spot." Well, the San Jose choir has plans for the fall to rehearse on Zoom, everybody record their part alone, and then have all the recordings mixed.
