Hi Ladies,

Today was Leslie's Walk Aerobics 4 mile Weight Loss Walk. I did 2.5 miles. It's an odd one, in an odd supposedly living room setting. Didn't care for it much, and quit before they got to the last mile.

Have a good day everyone!

DH and I took a 14.8 mile bike ride today on a local trail. Perfect weather!

Workout yesterday was Leslie’s Miracle Miles 5 Mile dvd. I did Miles 3 & 5. Then I did Day 2 of IDTV Yoga For Beginners Half Sun Salutations.

Pam - I remember that Leslie walk. I borrowed it from the library but wasn’t crazy about it.

DJ - Your bike ride sound great!

Pam, I had to look thru my Leslie dvds, and sure enough, she's on the cover of the 2 Mile Walk in shorts! I didn't remember that. Mine is just a single dvd, though, not a set.

Cher, I'm going to try to remember to look for both of those workouts. I've been interested in Barlates, and lazy is right up my alley.

We've gotten a lot of rain from TS Beta, but we needed it badly.
I've been doing mostly Walk at Homes with Leslie or one of her leaders and treadmill walking.

Today I switched it up and did 1 Mile Wake Up & Walk with Jessica Smith and Peanut. I got on the treadmill a bit later, and so have gotten 1:01 already today.

Cathe Basic Step + Cardio & Weights for today.

I keep forgetting to do my PT exercises on days when I don't do video, so I put my exercise sheets out in the dining room where I will see them all day long as I walk through. Hard to "forget" that way. It will have to be a conscious decision not to do them.

Workout yesterday was Leslie’s Purple Mile and IDTV Day 3 Sun Salutations A from Yoga For Beginners.

Glavtx - That Barlates still didn’t feel like a lazy workout to me. Lol

I did 13 minutes walking after dinner to a Team Body Project w/o, but only partly followed them, as i didn't want to work up a sweat. It looked good for a main workout one day though.

This morning started with a Leslie 1 mile, and I've been on the treadmill 4 times besides that. It's in the high 70's and it hasn't been that cool here since April, so I'm feeling way more energetic than usual.

Hi Ladies,

I've been swamped around the house this week, so haven't done any workouts the last couple days. I did walk to the Post Office and back home today, so that's something! The weather has finally been nice here lately. It was getting into the 50s at night last weekend, so hope it continues to be warmer for a few more weeks!
