Gayle I haven't! I don't really watch cooking shows for some reason, though I have seen a few of Nigella's as I used to be a big fan of hers and heard her give a talk at the Sydney Opera House a few years back. I will have a look out for Lyndey Milan's show!

Hello!
Sorry to be MIA. As I've mentioned, we have been working to assist my niece in her move into her dad's (my brother's) townhouse. Lots of unknowns, lots of stress for all. Exercise has fallen by the wayside. However, I did manage something today -- Today's Workout: Flexibility and Relaxation (Session 1) from Jessica Smith's Gentle Yoga Stretch. It was a pleasant and soothing routine. Beth: Hope the "weird" at work isn't too bad. Waving to all!
