Gayle, I think "delightfully sore" is a good result; it's like Jill Miller's "comfortable amount of discomfort."

Something weird is going on at work and I don't know what...

Beth that weird thing at work sounds a little ominous.

7.30pm Friday night and I'm just home from work so I'm thinking I will do a Joyce fast and efficient lower body routine .

Ominous is the perfect word Anny! Hope all is okay Beth.

I did the first 4 of Leslie's 5 Boosted Miles this morning.

Anny, have you watched Lyndey Milan's cooking shows? I'm hooked on her shows! I love seeing Australia from her eyes and her food always looks so good! They are on Amazon prime.

Gayle I haven't! I don't really watch cooking shows for some reason, though I have seen a few of Nigella's as I used to be a big fan of hers and heard her give a talk at the Sydney Opera House a few years back. I will have a look out for Lyndey Milan's show!

There are two that I'm binge watching. Taste of Australia and Baking Secrets. I love cooking shows. Going to see Nigella would be awesome!

It was! She talked about her life and career. I will look out for the shows you mention.

Saturday here and not sure if I will do cardio or strength or yoga. Decisions!

Hello!

Sorry to be MIA. As I've mentioned, we have been working to assist my niece in her move into her dad's (my brother's) townhouse. Lots of unknowns, lots of stress for all. Exercise has fallen by the wayside. However, I did manage something today --

Today's Workout: Flexibility and Relaxation (Session 1) from Jessica Smith's Gentle Yoga Stretch. It was a pleasant and soothing routine.

Beth: Hope the "weird" at work isn't too bad.

Waving to all!

Sandra, you are truly a wonderful sister/aunt/person.

I did Jessica's Tred and Shred and added on Leslie's Walk and Kick.

Have a great Saturday everyone!

Good 'N Strong Volume 2 (all)

Gayle, I like to watch cooking shows too (even though I hate to cook! ).

Beth, I hope everything is OK at your work.
