Low or mixed impact floor aerobics... I miss it!

I've been using KCM's Quick Fix Cardio and dusted off Michelle Dozois' Walk Your Way Slim and I just realized how much I miss doing floor aerobics with zero or minimal TIFTING, no endless squats/lunges and modifiers who show low impact options. What else is out there that you'd recommend I try? Especially handy now with shorter, colder days of winter...

Maybe Beachbody's Country Heat? It's more beginner-moderate pace, but you can always string 2 workouts together to make it longer and a bit more challenging.

I can only do low impact since I broke my leg and I’ve got a pretty good collection of low impact floor aerobics (most being older workouts). I like the two you mentioned as well.

I like:

Debra Mazda
Jessica Smith
Kathy Smith
Jane Fonda

I also like Madeleine Lewis’s Walking for Weight Loss.

I don’t know if you do ramping at all, but I also really like Gin Miller’s Choreography Creations and Ramp Cardio Express.

I worry that there won’t be many more new workouts like these - I hope there will be!

I love Jessica Smith. She has a lot of freebies on YouTube and a nice variety of low impact cardio dvds & downloads.

Another vote for Country Heat and Cardio Party!

I really like the music and fun vibe of Country Heat. There's a modifier but a lot of the moves are easy to modify on your own if you want some impact.

Cathe LITE Cardio Party is fun! It mixes boxing inspired combos, old school low impact aerobics, and some low impact blasts. No modifications needed.

Jessica Smith is my go-to for this. A lot of the workouts are labeled "walking" workouts, but she does a lot of different steps; it doesn't feel like you're "walking in place." And some of her cardio isn't walking-based but still meets your description.

I agree with Cardio Party and Jessica's "walking" workouts which are more low impact aerobics than walking.

You could also do any of your step aerobic workouts without a step.

Another vote for Cathe's Cardio Party! It's a lot of fun and I don't need to worry about modifying because it is low impact.

Someone posted in another thread that there are some Charlene Prickett tv episodes on you tube. She did a lot of low/mixed impact workouts.
