Uplifting with the leaves

It’s officially to me, Holiday Sean.

Be more courteous to your fellow nuts, rolling down the streets to the malls.

Get those gutters cleaned.

Clean out your chimney

That’s if you live in a season weather state.

I got blessed with a new AeroPilates reformer yesterday.

Took some time to set it up, and watch the overview of the reformer.

I do plan on doing the Basic introductory workout on Sunday.

Thankful for my male neighbor who graciously brought it up the stairs where I’ll be using it.

It has been but 9 months and I’m ready to put my treadmill on the FB marketplace. (Turned into the usual dust holder).

Good you had a nice trip CYNTHIA

and it’s really cool your husband is walking with you CHERYL.

Is anyone in this group participating in Secret Santa this year?

Didn’t make it to my volunteering on Wednesday, felt lousy, as in stomach bloated, topsie turvie. Didn’t make my Friday class for fitness. I was too busy chasing a crock pot for $5 and the reformer, down at the Cape. All went well.

Hope everyone that attends church has a good lesson to hear

Good Morning, Everyone!

Today will be challenging to get a workout in with church and I want to go visit a church member who is in physical rehab. I will try to do something.

tytbody You scored some good stuff! Congrats! I don't participate in the Secret Santa. I am probably rare, in that, shopping for others like that causes stress and anxiety. Are you participating?

Last night: Basic Stretch
This Morning: Nothing

Have a Blessed day!

That's terrific, Cheryl! The Reformer will give you a fantastic workout.
I spent some time at the Pilates studio in Monterey a few years ago. They offer free Reformer classes to BC survivors. Then after the free classes ended, we got a reduced price for a while. I stopped going when it became full price. Earlier this year, I had a class with Teresa Maldonado Marchok (Bonesmart Pilates DVDs). Her studio is about 2 hours drive from my place.
This was a one-off for me b/c of the distance and expense, but it was fun to have a class with a DVD exercise person. I was surprised when I got there that the class was on the Reformer. Muscle memory kicked in and I enjoyed the class.

No, I've never taken part in the VF secret Santa exchange.

Oh, think about it. It's fun. Gives me a chance to give to a stranger something they want..

My inner thoughts are scared of myself..

I'm scared this is going to work. I don't know why, but I have some fear in doing it.

I plan to do it today, are you a BC survivor?

I think what I want is for it to tell me I'm doing it right... Like a person.

just babling now..so, off to search out my giftee and see what she likes.

Everyone Be Grateful today. Just because you are reading this and you are in your right mind.

((((((((hugs))))))) I have had a bilateral mastectomy but done individually!!!

I just had the other breast removed THIS YEAR. So I'm still healing.

to me, I've not gotten my strength back to what it was. I find myself tired, and winded when going up the stairs.I try to stay on the first floor.

I got a pulse oximetry meter also, and a smartwatch, so I can see my heart rate.

I am hoping to get full breathing back with pilates. So for me, I don't want to do any more kettlebells, or jumping, or running, or fusion nothing!!!!

I'm glad to be a survivor. I never knew I would make it so I'm grateful for what I can do. Learning to be gentle with myself, and accepting this new me.. I think the last time i was flatchested was when I was 12. lol

My chest still bothers me as I feel my top half was sewn down to my bottom half.

so if you see me, moving from this to that, it's because I'm still working on what is right for me..
