I found this one at Goodwill a month ago for $3.99. The DVD was still factory sealed and it came with the calendar. So far I've only done the Upper Body Sculpt section and it was hard with only 2 pound weights!

i had the same experience - they were very welcoming. made me seriously consider joining too! the WW at the YWCA has a really beautiful room that they meet in too.

did you notice whether they had any other fitness kits on sale? at the one i went to, the Suzanne one was displayed on a table with all kinds of other WW products (fit bit, WW points tracker, food containers, etc). however, she grabbed the Suzanne DVD from a closet. i was so excited, i failed to ask about any other kits that they might be trying to get rid of.

i was interested in the Lisa Wheeler one - Walmart carried it, but it was ridiculously high for something that i only wanted the DVD (it's the stability ball kit, not to be confused with the Steph Huckabee one).

Old Thread Alert!

Does anyone still have the calendar for this DVD? I can't find mind and would love to incorporate this DVD into my gentler workout routine these days.

I have the DVD but mine didn't come with a calendar..?

ETA - Anyway, you can customize the workouts any way you like so it's pretty easy to make up your own rotation(s) based on how many minutes you want to exercise.

The DVD originally came in a box with an oversized calendar and 3 rotations - beginner, intermediate and advanced. It had little cling labels for the segments - cute! I cannot find mine and am afraid I tossed it during my Christmas closet purge.
