Liift4 rep count?

I tried the free sample workout for Liift4 on BBOD today and was surprised that Joel doesn't count reps (though he is a bit of a chatterbox otherwise). It's not an issue when you can see the screen, but the first sets are on the floor so I didn't have a chance yet to gauge the expected speed. I don't really care if I do 9 or 11 reps instead of the magical 10, but it seemed weird after years of listening to instructors who count EVERY. LAST. REP.

I love LIIFT4 and normally, Joel does count the first few reps so you can gauge the speed. I count my own reps almost always, especially if I can't see the TV, because sometimes my pace is a little slower. (There's enough time between sets that that isn't an issue.)

Good to know! Yes, the rest period between sets is really helpful, especially if I need to change weight.
