Rebounding: Shoes on or off?

What do you prefer when rebounding? Shoes on or shoes off?

I chose With Shoes. I used to do most workouts barefoot, including rebounding, and I wish I still could, but I have arthritic toes that hurt after a few minutes when I do.

I voted with shoes for couple of reasons: my ankles feel more stable when I wear shoes and also because I have Morton's Neuroma in my right foot and I need the cushioning that wearing shoes provides. I have Bellicon.

I voted 'without' because I've yet to find a pair of shoes that didn't throw off my sense of balance somehow.

Barefoot is best for me, at least for now.

I always used shoes with the Urban Rebounder. We'll see how it goes with the Bellicon.

I have an ongoing achilles issue in my right ankle and I just don't feel safe or stable without my runners.

Always off, my toes go numb if I wear shoes. I like to work & stretch my feet, for me it helps prevent PF.

It depends of the workout for me, if it is a gentle health bounce (on my own) I do it barefoot, if it is a cardio workout I prefer to do it with shoes.
