Your Go To 45min Full Body Workout

Am wondering...

What is your current favorite get it all done (full body-warm up, cool down and even abs) workout lasting around 45min.? I would prefer an intermediate workout so, if needed, I could modify. Nothing that moves very fast...at 5:30am, even after warming up, I can't do very quick moves.

So what is your favorite?

I'm loving James Crossley's Get Fit at 40+ right now. The full DVD is longer than that, but the warm-up+weights+cool-down is 39 minutes, and you could add either abs or HIIT for an extra 10 minutes or so.

I love Cathe's Push Pull which is 45 min long. Supersets, on the same dvd, is a little longer, but if you can manage just over 50 min, its really good as well.

I just did Strong Body Ageless Body yesterday, and I have to say "it depends." If you stick with one weight throughout, it probably isn't too fast. However, if you want to use a variety of weights, it would be too fast for the standing section, which I believe is about 20 minutes of the workout. At least it was for me. I had to pause every time to switch up weights. She switches up between upper and lower body at lightening speed.

If you have Cathe Live, try Push/Pull. The description she posted for it is below. The pace is slower and there aren't any low/pulses:

Push Pull Total Body
Filmed - 4/2/15
40 minutes in length

Total Body Weights - This all strength workout will focus on the "push pull" concept. The beauty of the push pull concept is that it can accomplish more work in less time (therefore allowing you to move through your workout more quickly) because while one body part is working the opposing body part is resting.

Equipment:
A barbell that has the capacity to load up to 40 pounds (The barbells that I use in my DVD workouts have a big, medium and small plate on each side to total 40 pounds).
Various weighted dumbbells (l will be using 10's 12's and 15's)
A standard chair
A fitness mat

Hasfit at YouTube has a lot of workouts that fit. They’re slow to moderately paced and you get a decent warm up and cool down included.

To add to what stsai said, PopSugar, Sydney Cunningham and Jessica Smith all have 40 min. full body workouts too on YouTube.
