Lee Holden 30-Day Challenge
I just found this on Amazon - a set of three DVDs including the 30-Day Challenge.
So it looks like there is a DVD version of the 30-Day Challenge. This is not the first time I've found some of Lee's stuff on Amazon before it's on the YMAA site, especially if they are having a big sale when something has just become available. I was going to order the Mindfullness one from Amazon as it's $18.95 there and I don't want a bunch of them. I have a bunch, both old and new. Since I can't do streaming easily right now, I ordered this set. I've wanted the 30-Day one for a couple of years and it will work very well for me right now. But I'll leave for a week before it gets here so I won't be able to report back until after the first week of January. Also, from the description it appears there is not a streaming code for the 30-Day one, just the other two. If I think it's useful, I can buy the streaming version in a year or so when I'll be in a better location for that, but I haven't redeemed any of my streaming offers yet and don't even do too much from You Tube. I'll trade away the 5 Elements one. I don't have the Anxiety one yet and I guess I should.
