Tae Bo question

I have been doing shorter workouts and stringing them together throughout my day. So I may be only working out 10-15 minutes at a time but I end up working out a total of 45 minutes to an hour. Are there any Tae Bo DVD's that are a similar concept? TIA

I asked a similar question years ago - from my order history, I see it was 2012!

I bought these:
Billy Blanks Tae Bo Express DVD
Tae Bo Twenty 1 Minute Power Rounds

It's been a long time since I've used these, but IIRC, Tae Bo Express was not bad. It has several 10-minute-ish workouts and I believe I liked most of them well enough.

The "Power Rounds" DVD has these one-minute chapters, and I thought I'd be able to mix & match them, but it didn't work well for me. I don't recall what the chaptering was like, but the structure wasn't set up well to subdivide the workout. A "round" sometimes uses both sides and sometimes just one. And I don't think there is a separate warm-up. It's more useful as just a standalone 20-minute workout.

Laura, thank you! I think I found Tae Bo Express on youtube. I can give it a try. If I like it I can try to acquire it.

Diana - You can get TaeBo Express on Amazon for $2.99. It's packaged as a video as part of Billy Blanks TaeBo Body Enhancement Series.
