Ellen's streaming/DVDs -- order of difficulty?

Has anyone organized Ellen Barrett's body of work by difficulty? Her streaming includes new work, the Studio DVDs, and that 7-Day Challenge set.

In general, I think of her Crunch and ETV workouts as more beginner-friendly, then some of the new stuff (7-day challenge), with the Studio being most difficult.

Any thoughts? I'm doing the free trial this week and would love to start on the "easier" end of things (without having to preview ALL the unfamiliar videos). Any recs for a gentle start?

(I did a 30-minute workout this morning, Moving for Beauty, and it was a good fit for where I am.)

I think Ellen’s workouts on her streaming site are gentler and easier than her DVDs. Although other than Yogini, I don’t find any of her DVDs overly challenging. Yogini is definitely, IMO, her most challenging.

I like her new streaming workouts...they are less shoulder intense. I'd say that her more challenging workouts are her studio and live series...and most difficult like Pam said is Yogini.

I'm enjoying her streaming.

Awesome, thanks!

I agree, Yogini is hard. I used to love/hate that one! (I believe that was my first Ellen!)

How do y'all think the Crunch and ExerciseTV workouts fit in there? It's been ages since I did those...

I think they are in the middle.
